Article 43. The order of application of the present Federal law

1. The present Federal law is applied to the attitudes which connected with using by services of motor transport and city ground-based electric transport and have arisen after day of coming into force of the present Federal law.

2. To the attitudes which connected with using by services of motor transport and city ground-based electric transport and have arisen about one day of coming into force of the present Federal law, the present Federal law is applied regarding the rights and duties which will arise after day of its coming into force.

Article 44. Coming into force of the present Federal law is in effect

The Present Federal law after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
