Article 31. The conclusion of the contract of chartering of an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage

1. Transportation of passengers and luggage is carried out by an automobile taxi on the basis of the public contract of the chartering concluded in the oral form.

2. The contract of chartering of an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage consists charterer with the driver of an automobile taxi operating for and on behalf of freighter or if the driver is the individual businessman, from own name. The rights and duties under such contract arise directly at freighter.

3. The contract of chartering of an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage is maybe concluded by means of acceptance to performance freighter the order charterer. The order of the conclusion of such contract is established by rules of transportations of passengers.

4. Freighter have the right to give up in granting an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage in case offered charterer the route or behaviour charterer can create threat of a security of the driver.

5. Freighter it is obliged to give out charterer the receipt in the form of the form of the strict reporting or the cash voucher, costs of using confirming payment to automobile taxi.

Article 32. Refusal freighter from execution of the contract of chartering of an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage or variation of such contract

1. Freighter have the right to refuse execution of the contract of chartering of an automobile taxi for transportation of passengers and luggage in case of idle time of the automobile taxi connected with expectation charterer at a stop along the line under its requirement over time coordinated by sides or over paid charterer of time.

2. At impossibility of travel by an automobile taxi up to destination on not dependent from freighter to the reasons charterer pays cost of using an automobile taxi up to an instant of the termination of a trip.

Article 33. Transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage by an automobile taxi

1. Norms of transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage by an automobile taxi are established freighter.

2. Freighter have the right to give up in acceptance of luggage for transportation, transportation of hand luggage by an automobile taxi if properties or packing of the things which are a part of luggage, hand luggage, do not meet the requirements, established by rules of transportations of passengers.
