Article 19. Types of regular transportations of passengers and luggage

1. Regular transportations of passengers and luggage are carried out on the basis of the public contract of transportation of the passenger on a route of regular transportations.

2. Regular transportations of passengers and luggage concern to transportations by transport of the general using.

3. Regular transportations of passengers and luggage are subdivided on:

1) transportations with landing and landing of passengers only in the installed stopping items on a route of regular transportations;

2) transportations with landing and landing of passengers in any not forbidden by rules of traffic seat on a route of regular transportations.

4. Transportations with landing and landing of passengers only in the installed stopping items on a route of regular transportations are carried out according to the schedules established for each stopping item.Stops of vehicles for landing and landings of passengers are mandatory in each stopping item on a route of regular transportations, except for cases if according to the schedule landing and landing of passengers in stopping item are carried out on demand of passengers.

5. Transportations with landing and landing of passengers in any not forbidden by rules of traffic seat on a route of regular transportations are carried out according to the schedules established for following from initial and final stopping items on a route of regular transportations. Stops of vehicles for landing and landings of passengers are carried out in initial and final stopping items on a route of regular transportations, as well as on demand of passengers.

6. In each stopping item on a route of regular transportations the information on a type of regular transportations of passengers and luggage should be placed, The schedule, time of the beginning and the termination of movement of vehicles on appropriating route, the name of final stopping item of a route, the information on the name, on the address and on numbers of contact phones of the body which is carrying out the control over regular transportations of passengers and luggage. The structure of the information included in the schedule, is defined by rules of transportations of passengers.

Article 20. The conclusion of the contract of transportation of the passenger

1. The conclusion of the contract of transportation of the passenger makes sure the ticket, delivery by the passenger of luggage - the baggage claim, transportation by the passenger of hand luggage for a payment - the receipt on transportation of hand luggage.

2. Mandatory requisites of the ticket, the baggage claim, the receipt on transportation of hand luggage are established by rules of transportations of passengers.

3. The cash voucher with the requisites of the ticket specified by it, the baggage claim, the receipt on transportation of hand luggage is equated accordingly to the ticket, the baggage claim, the receipt on transportation of hand luggage.

4. Use of tickets with the indication of a part or all requisites in an electronic type if other is not established by the legislation of the Russian Federation is supposed.

5. In case of impossibility to carry out transportation of the passenger and luggage the provided vehicle in connection with its defect, accident, Other similar reasons the passenger has the right to take advantage of the given out ticket, the baggage claim, the receipt on transportation of hand luggage in other vehicle which granting the carrier is obliged to provide.

6. The passenger is obliged to store the ticket, the baggage claim, the receipt for transportation of hand luggage during all trip and to show them at a moment's notice the persons who are carrying out the control. The control over availability of the ticket, the baggage claim, the receipt on transportation of hand luggage is carried out by way of, established by rules of transportations of passengers.

Article 21. Transportations of children following the passenger

1. At travel to a vehicle which is carrying out regular transportations of passengers and luggage, the passenger has the right: 1) to transport with self is free in the city and suburban message of children in the age of not older seven years without granting separate seats for sitting,
Except for the cases stipulated by a part of 2 present articles; 2) to transport with self is free in intercity the message of one child in the age of not older five years without granting separate seat for sitting, except for the cases stipulated by a part of 2 present articles.

2. In cases, If transportation in vehicles of children without granting of separate seats by it for sitting is when due hereunder forbidden, the passenger has the right to transport with itself of two children in the age of not older twelve years with granting of separate seats by it for sitting for a payment, Which size cannot exceed than fifty percent payment for transportation.

3. The passenger is obliged to have at itself the document which confirms age of the child transported with granting of advantages on payment for transportation, 1 in parts 1 and 2 present articles and which is without fail shown at a moment's notice the persons who are carrying out the control over payment of travel.

Article 22. Transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage by a vehicle which is carrying out regular transportations of passengers and luggage

1. At travel to a vehicle which is carrying out regular transportations of passengers and luggage,
The passenger has the right:

1) to transport for a payment in a luggage space of a vehicle or in a separate vehicle luggage in quantity no more than two seats, length, the width and height of each of which in the sum do not exceed hundred eighty centimeters;

2) to take with itself free-of-charge hand luggage in quantity no more than one seat, the length,
The width and which height in the sum do not exceed hundred twenty centimeters, one pair skis in a cover, nurseries snowboards, a children's carriage.

2. The carrier has the right:

1) to establish norms of transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage, including it is free, the greater size or in a lot, than it is stipulated by a part of 1 present article;

2) to give up to the passenger in acceptance of luggage for transportation, transportation of hand luggage if properties or packing of the things which are a part of luggage, hand luggage, do not meet the requirements, established by rules of transportations of passengers;

3) to give up to the passenger in transportation of hand luggage, if its accommodation in a vehicle will prevent an input of passengers in a vehicle, to an output of passengers from a vehicle.

3. The carrier is obliged to inform the passenger on norms and about conditions of payment of transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage.

4. Reception and delivery of luggage are carried out by way of, established by rules of transportations of passengers.

5. The passenger has the right at delivery of luggage for transportation to declare its value. Reception for transportation of luggage with the declared value is carried out by way of, established by rules of transportations of passengers. The extra charge is raised from the passenger for transportation of luggage with the declared value at a rate of, established by a carrier.

6. Accepted for transportation separately from the passenger the luggage should be delivered in destination and is given out to the passenger not later than day arrivals of the passenger in this item according to the contract of transportation of the passenger.

7. For storage of the luggage which has been not demanded in item of its purpose more of day from the date of its delivery (incomplete day are considered for full), the payment at a rate of, established is raised by a carrier.

8. In case of delivery of luggage in item of its purpose before arrival of the passenger the payment for storage of such luggage from the date of its delivery about the day following day of arrival of the passenger, is not raised.

9. The luggage is considered lost and its cost is a subject to compensation if it will not be delivered in item of its purpose after ten day after the termination of timeframe of its delivery established by the contract of transportation of the passenger.

10. The carrier has the right to realize the luggage which has been not demanded within thirty day from the date of arrival of a vehicle in destination of luggage. Realization by a carrier of the specified luggage is carried out under the contract of sale and purchase proceeding from the cost of luggage confirmed by documents or at absence of such documents proceeding from the price which at comparable circumstances is usually raised for the similar goods, or on the basis of an expert assessment.

11. During timeframe of limitation of actions the bearer of the baggage claim has the right to receive the sum obtained by a carrier in using of luggage, minus due to a carrier of payments, as well as the expenses connected with realization of not demanded luggage.

Article 23. Return to the passenger of a fare, transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage in intercity the message

1. The passenger has the right:

1) in case of delay to departure of a vehicle within three hours or owing to illness, accident within three day from the moment of departure of a vehicle, on which the ticket has been got, to renew action of the ticket for other vehicle under condition of surcharge which size makes twenty five percent of a fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage, or to receive back a fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage minus twenty five percent of their cost;

2) in case of return of the ticket to cash department not later than two hours before departure of a vehicle to receive back a fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage minus five percent of their cost or in case of return of the ticket after this timeframe, but before departure of a vehicle to receive back a fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage minus fifteen percent of their cost;

3) in case of impossibility of extension of transportation of the passenger up to item of its purpose on not dependent on a carrier to the reasons to receive back a fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage to proportionally not proceeded distance;

4) to return the ticket in cash department before departure of a vehicle and to receive back full fare, transportations of luggage, transportation of hand luggage in following cases: a cancelling of departure of a vehicle; a delay of departure of a vehicle more than on an hour; granting to the passenger of seat in a vehicle with payment of travel under lower price, than in that vehicle, on travel in which to the passenger the ticket is sold; a unaccordance to the passenger of the seat specified in the ticket;

5) in case of an agreement to travel in a vehicle with payment of travel under lower price to receive a difference between the paid sum and due for travel, transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage by a payment;

6) in case of granting a vehicle with payment of travel, transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage under higher price, than in a vehicle specified in the schedule to carry out travel, transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage no additional cost.

2. Return to the passenger of a fare, transportation of luggage, transportation of hand luggage in the cases stipulated by present article, is carried out by way of, established by rules of transportations of passengers, not later than within ten days from the moment of presentation to a carrier of the appropriating requirement of the passenger.

Article 24. Sale of tickets 1. The order of sale of tickets is defined by rules of transportations of passengers.

2. To the passenger it is maybe given up in sale of the ticket in case of impossibility of granting of seat owing to excess of the capacity stipulated by a design of a vehicle.

3. Sale of the ticket without granting to the passenger of seat for sitting is supposed in case the possibility of travel of the passenger without granting seat for sitting is stipulated by a design of a vehicle.

4. At realization of regular transportations of passengers and luggage in intercity the message sale of tickets for travel of passengers is carried out at availability of seats for sitting.

Article 25. Return forgotten the prophetic Thing,

forgotten in vehicles or on objects of a transport infrastructure, are a subject to return to their owners by way of, established by rules of transportations of passengers.

Article 26. The right of the passenger at using the services provided on objects of a transport infrastructure

the Passenger has the right of free using waiting rooms, the toilets placed on objects of a transport infrastructure. The order of such free using is defined by rules of transportations of passengers.
